About Me.

My name is Matthew Tsouknakis, and I am currently a senior at Hartford High School, graduating with the Class of 2025. This website was developed as a key component of my Hartford Honors Program Capstone Project. Its purpose is to serve as a comprehensive and accessible guide for students navigating the often complex and overwhelming journey of pursuing higher education.

 

Over the past year, I have gone through the college application process myself, an experience that was both challenging and eye-opening. Through extensive research, personal reflection, and firsthand experience, I identified numerous obstacles and moments of uncertainty that I wished I had been better prepared for. With this project, I hope to share information that I know would have helped me when I was going through this process, and support fellow students who may not have access to the resources that I was fortunate enough to be able to take advantage of.

 

This website offers step-by-step guides, personal essays, financial resources, and interview tips, all designed to empower students from various backgrounds to confidently plan their path towards life after high school.
